NovaSignal AI provides artificial intelligence-powered customer support automation, data analytics, and workflow automation tools for businesses. Our services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NovaSignal AI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NovaSignal AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
